Returns & Refunds Policy

At Body & Sleeves, your satisfaction matters. Because all of our products are made to order and custom printed just for you, our return policy reflects the nature of print-on-demand fulfillment.


Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will make it right — no questions asked.


What We Accept Returns / Refunds For

We offer a free replacement or full refund for:

  • ✅ Items that arrive **damaged** (torn, broken, destroyed in transit)
  • ✅ Items with **print defects** (misprints, faded prints, alignment issues)
  • ✅ Items that are **significantly different** from what was ordered (wrong color, wrong design)
  • ✅ Items that are **lost in transit** (tracking shows no movement for 30+ days)

What We Cannot Accept Returns For

Because every item is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns for:

  • ❌ **Buyer’s remorse** (changed your mind, don’t like the design)
  • ❌ **Wrong size ordered** — please check our size guides carefully before ordering
  • ❌ **Color variations** — screen colors may vary slightly from printed colors; this is normal
  • ❌ **Items damaged by the customer** after delivery

**Size tip:** Each product listing includes a detailed size guide. When in doubt, size up.


How to Request a Return or Refund

  • **Contact us within 30 days** of receiving your order
  • Email us at **Hello.BodyandSleeves@gmail.com** with:
  • – Your order number

    – A clear photo of the issue (damaged item, misprint, etc.)

    – A brief description of the problem

  • We will review your request within **2–3 business days**
  • If approved, we will send a **replacement at no cost** or issue a **full refund** to your original payment method

  • Refund Processing Time

    Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.


    Exchanges

    We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend:

  • Requesting a refund on the original order (if eligible)
  • Placing a new order for the correct item

  • Cancellations

    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, before they enter production. After that, cancellations are not possible as your item is already being printed.
