Welcome to Body & Sleeves ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bodyandsleeves.com (the "Site") and any products purchased through it. By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Our Products
All items sold on the Site are made to order through print-on-demand production. Product colors, print
placement, and sizing may vary slightly from photos shown on the Site due to screen display settings and
the nature of print-on-demand manufacturing. We encourage you to review our sizing chart before
purchasing.

3. Orders and Payment
● By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete purchase and account
information.
● We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing
errors, or product unavailability.
● All prices are listed in [USD] and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping
costs are calculated at checkout.
● Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment
card details.

4. Shipping
Shipping times and costs vary by product and destination and are displayed at checkout. Because items are made to order, production time is required in addition to shipping time. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other events outside our control.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Our full Returns & Exchanges Policy is published separately on the Site and is incorporated into these
Terms by reference. In summary: because items are made to order, all approved returns and exchanges are
issued as store credit, not a cash refund, and requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Order
changes or cancellations must be requested within [12 hours] of placing an order, before production begins.

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including designs, graphics, logos, product images, and text, is owned by Body &
Sleeves or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce,
distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content or product designs without our prior written
permission.

7. Accounts
If the Site allows you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your
login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [insert support email] if

an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.
